How do I buy tickets?

In-person: You may purchase tickets by check or cash (no fee!) or by credit card ($2.50 per ticket processing fee) at the theatre (1524 Harvard Ave., Seattle, WA 98122). Our box office is open Mondays 11am to 2pm and one hour prior to each performance.

Do you offer discounts?
--Students (with valid ID), Seniors (age 60 and over), Military, and TPS members receive 20% off the single ticket price. You may use these discounts online, by phone, or at the box office.
--Groups of 10 or more receive a group rate of $20 per ticket, plus a $2 processing fee per ticket. Call (206) 329-1050 to order group tickets.
--Seattle Central students (with valid ID) and TeenTix members (with membership card) may receive $5 tickets one hour or less before curtain time, if seats are available. This discount is only available in person at the box office. We recommend Sunday matinee performances for best seating availability.
Where are my tickets?
Tickets are held under your name at Will Call in the box office. The box office opens one hour before performance time.

What are the ticket fees?
For each ticket purchased online or over the phone, there is a $2.50 third-party processing fee.
You may transfer your ticket to another performance at least 24 hours before the performance begins. There is a $3 fee to change tickets. (Fee does not apply to 2012-2013 subscribers and tix-packs holders.)
To avoid processing fees, you may purchase tickets in person at the theatre (1524 Harvard Ave., Seattle, WA 98122) with cash or check. Please call first to ensure someone is available to process your transaction.
If a performance is cancelled, we will contact you. You may transfer tickets to another performance or receive a refund for the ticket price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund third-party processing fees.
We cannot refund ticket purchases unless a performance is cancelled.
